Tim joined Romans Surveyors and Valuers in 2004, originally at our Head Office in Wokingham, and is now responsible for undertaking commercial valuations for the southern regions, based at the Southampton office. Tim is experienced in undertaking all forms of valuations for loan security purposes, as well as valuations for lease renewals and extensions. |
