Punch Taverns

Romans Surveyors have recently completed the inspection of 500 Public Houses on behalf of Punch Taverns throughout Scotland.

The inspections were required to enable new floor plans to be prepared to accompany licence applications. Stephen Allen, Head of Facilities for Punch Taverns, commented: "we have worked with Romans Surveyors for over 8 years, during which time they have completed a number of large projects on our behalf. This includes inspecting over 7,000 public houses for us throughout England and Wales to accompany our licence applications and on an annual basis they inspect approximately 800 premises advising on condition and repair. Based upon Romans’ experience, we felt that they were the ideal company to use for this project which was completed on time and within budget."
