Romans Commercial were appointed by Linden Homes/Bank of Scotland to provide a valuation for loan security purposes on the proposed purchase and re-development of the form Holmethorpe Quarry in Redhill, Surrey.

The site has a total area of approximately 27.1 ha (67 acres) and benefits from detailed planning permission for a mixed use scheme comprising 498 residential dwellings, light industrial units, a retail unit, a nursing home, a community centre and a medical centre, and is now fully developed.
