It was all the more impressive in that the query was not of their own making, but the ownership shown by Lisa and Andrew (the valuer) in their response ensured that a purchase completion was able to happen the very next day as planned. This resulted in a chain of four achieving their goals and made four families very happy. The whole experience was first class - Lisa was so pleasant and accommodating throughout, when it would have been easier to promise high and deliver low.
