Homebuyer's Report & Valuation

• Ideal for more conventional residential property built within the past 100 years
• Includes a detailed visual inspection of all aspects of the property that are available for inspection

Building Survey

• Suited to older properties, or properties which have undergone major extension or alteration
• Includes an in depth inspection of the property, with all visible areas covered
• Describes in detail how the property was built and its current condition - the survey will also recommend any further investigation
• Includes photographs of any significant points highlighted in the survey
