Our team of experienced chartered building surveyors are able to advise upon the following:

  • Building Surveys – a detailed inspection and report, with accompanying photographs and costings, to confirm the condition of a property
  • Defect diagnosis – inspection of a specific defect and production of a detailed report identifying cause, repair requirement and remedial costs
  • Acquisition and disposal surveys– we report with specific emphasis on the requirements of commercial properties, including, fire safety, deleterious materials and condition tailored to take account of specific lease terms and issues likely to arise in subsequent dilapidation matters
  • Schedule of condition - identify the condition of a property, and provide both a written and photographic record of the asset condition. Typically used in connection with leasehold agreements at the outset of a lease, following tenant alterations to a leasehold premises, or alternatively, in connection with party wall matters
  • Non-domestic Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) – Levels 3 and 4
